Q. Is there a contract?
A. There is a 12-month commitment. After the 12-months, your membership will be month to month.
Q. Is there a joining fee?
A. There is a one-time initiation fee. Fees vary based on membership type. Please go to Membership Types under Join to see pricing.
Q. Do you offer a trial membership?
A. We offer a Six-Week Trial Fitness Membership.
Q. What is considered a family membership?
A. Two parents and any children living at home would constitute a family membership.
Q. Can I try out the club or try a tennis class before becoming a member?
A. Yes, you can participate in a Drills session or a tennis league for the member price plus $100.
A. What do I need to do if I want to join?

Q. How do I pay my monthly dues?
A. There are several options for paying monthly dues. You can set up an automatic debit from your Discover, MasterCard, VISA, checking account or savings account, or you may pay by cash or check.
Q. Can I do fitness classes as a non-member?
A. You must be a fitness member to attend Group Fitness classes. However, Specialty Classes are available to non-members.
Q. Do I need to be a member if I just want to book courts?
A. You must be a club member to book a court.
Q. Does a tennis membership get me a discount on tennis programs?
A. Programs are already priced for members; there aren’t discounts.
Q. Are there any tennis programs I can do as a non-member?
A. Beginner and Advanced Beginner Classes, World Team Tennis, Cardio Tennis and Prime Time Doubles are available to non-members.
Q. What is included in my membership?

Q. How do I cancel my membership?
A. To cancel a membership you must fill out a cancellation form, which can be done in the club or by mail. A 30-day cancellation policy applies.
Q. What is your guest policy?
A. We encourage you to share and introduce the club to friends and family. A guest pass is $15 per day with a three visit per year maximum for the same local guest.
Q. What happens if I move in the middle of my annual commitment?
A. You can cancel your membership with proof of a new, non-local address.
Q. How do I book courts?
A. Simply call the club or set up an account on selfreserve.com and book anytime night or day.
Q. Can I stop and restart my membership as needed due to travel or illness?
A. Dues can be frozen for those who live or travel away from home for three months or longer during the winter months (regular season). Dues can also be frozen for those with a doctor-verified illness or injury lasting four weeks or longer.
