This program replaces our Biggest Winner program and allows you to lose weight on YOUR schedule. Have a reunion? Specific goals? Trying to maintain your weight or keep off recently lost weight?

Join Lose It! and our trainers will help keep you motivated, educated about weight loss, and accountable for working hard towards your goals.

This program includes weekly weigh-ins, supervised food journals, two 45-minute workouts per week, unlimited motivation and helpful tips.

Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00pm with Jacklyn, or
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00am with Lori
