Cardio Ball
45 minutes
Have a ball as you use balls as tools in this creative aerobic workout that will engage all major muscle groups.

Alternate between weight training and brief, high-intensity cardiovascular exercise with a technique that minimizes rests between intervals. Watch your fitness level soar week to week.

Cardio and Strength Classes

Boot Camp
45 or 50 minutes depending on day
Your drill instructor will lead you in traditional and non-traditional exercises that alternate between strength and cardio. If you want to get strong, gain endurance, look better in a swimsuit or lose weight, this class is for you.

Express
30-Minute Workout
Rotate between machines and props on the fitness floor in a workout that gets the job done in just 30 minutes. This class requires a 20-minute equipment orientation prior to class. Please call the club or inquire at the Front Desk to set up an appointment.

Kickboxing

Restorative Strength

If you’re just starting a fitness routine, are dealing with an injury or want a moderate option for strength training, this is the class for you.

Total Body Toning

Instructors will help you achieve proper form to get the most benefit from each exercise. Hand weights, body bars, stability balls and resistance bands keep this class fresh and interesting as you sculpt and tone muscles you may not have seen in awhile.
